National Charity Ad This project was aiight. It was my least favorite of our three flash projects, but that’s not a bad thing considering that the other two were some of my favorite projects from the entire course. The skills most on display were design principles, an older skill already thoroughly developed, and motion tweening, a new Flash-specific skill that was improved through the tweening of text boxes and vegetables. The most aesthetically pleasing design decisions I made here were the background and color scheme. The background was a nice, pretty field of wheat and a sunset, and the color scheme of the text and buttons was made to match the Feeding America logo. I think the text and graphics combined to make a good, convincing advertisement. The background and falling vegetables serve to grab attention while the text boxes appearing one at a time serve to keep the attention and elicit a response. |
